Privacy policy.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who is responsible?

CET-Digital s.r.o. (CET Digital) is responsible for personal information it receives through enquiries addressed to the company. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. This notice covers this website and initial enquiries; individual client, supplier or professional engagements may be subject to additional information and contractual terms.

Information you choose to share

If you email us, we receive the information in your email, which may include your name, email address, company, professional interests and message. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal data in an initial message.

The enquiry form prepares an email draft on your own device. It does not submit your entries to a website database. Your message is sent only when you send it through your email application. Your email provider then handles the message under its own terms.

Why information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, understand your requirements and discuss potential services or working arrangements. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the applicable basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or the legitimate interest in responding to relevant business and professional correspondence. Information may also need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Technical website data

The public website is hosted through Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and browser or device information. This supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting. Cloudflare’s infrastructure may process information in different countries; details about its handling of data and international transfer safeguards are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies, analytics and local storage

This website’s code does not set advertising cookies, add analytics scripts or save enquiry entries in local storage. Fonts and visual assets are hosted with the website. The hosting or security provider may use essential technologies where necessary to deliver or protect the service.

Access, sharing and retention

Enquiries may be accessible to the people handling them and to service providers needed for email, hosting and business administration. Relevant information may be shared where necessary to respond to your request, fulfil an agreed engagement or comply with a legal obligation. Any further professional introductions or engagement arrangements should be discussed in the relevant context.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain the resulting business relationship, meet applicable record-keeping requirements or resolve a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and nature of the correspondence.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable under data protection law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information, or object to certain processing. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact [email protected] to make a request. Reasonable information may be needed to confirm your identity.

You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority, including the authority in your country of residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement. You can read more about your rights in the European Commission’s guidance for individuals. This website does not make automated decisions about people.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the website or relevant data-handling arrangements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
